Please read this before creating or joining an event.

Note: Only event information is saved by the app. Participant registration details and payment proof are not saved in the Events Google Sheet or application database; they are processed temporarily and sent to the organizer's email.

HiveLogix Technologies Corporation provides this Events app as a free technical tool. HiveLogix is not the organizer, sponsor, payment collector, payment processor, ticket seller, insurer, or verifier of events created through the app.

The organizer is responsible for the event's legality, accuracy, safety, capacity, accessibility, participant communications, payment instructions, payment validation, refunds, cancellation, and compliance with applicable laws.
HiveLogix does not charge, receive, hold, verify, or refund participant payments through this app.
Participant submissions are temporarily processed and delivered to the organizer's configured email. The organizer's email service and other infrastructure providers may retain messages or delivery records under their own policies.
Organizers must provide an appropriate participant privacy notice, collect only information needed for the event, protect information they receive, and delete it when it is no longer required.
Participants should confirm the organizer's identity, event legitimacy, payment instructions, cancellation terms, and refund policy before sharing information or making payment.
The tool is provided “as is.” HiveLogix does not guarantee that an event, organizer, payment request, registration, or submitted proof is genuine, safe, accurate, available, or suitable. Nothing in this notice limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
