Liability Waiver and Event Agreement

Summary: HiveLogix provides the registration technology but does not organize, supervise, insure, verify, or collect payment for the event. The organizer remains responsible for event legality, safety, participant notices, payments, refunds, personal information, and fulfillment. The agreement does not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Find your event

Enter the Event Code provided by the organizer. This lookup supports both free events and paid ERP-managed events. Scanning the organizer's QR code opens the same shared registration page directly.

Liability Waiver and Event Agreement

A short summary is shown here. Organizers and participants must accept the full agreement.

Data-handling note: For a free event, only event and organizer details plus the aggregate participant count are kept in the private Events Google Sheet. Participant form details and payment proof are processed temporarily and emailed to the organizer, not stored in a database or spreadsheet. For a paid ERP-managed event, event details, participant registrations, and submitted payment proof are stored under the organizer's access-controlled ERP workspace; the organizer also receives an email notification.

HiveLogix is the technical platform provider, not the event organizer, sponsor, insurer, payment collector, or payment verifier.
The organizer is responsible for the event, participant safety, notices, payments, refunds, cancellations, personal information, minors, health-information handling, prizes, souvenirs, and legal compliance.
Participants must review the organizer's identity, event details, risks, payment instructions, and event-specific terms before registering or paying.
The tool is provided subject to the full agreement. Nothing limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
