These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of HiveLogix One websites and software operated by HiveLogix Technologies Corporation (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
This page is a practical summary for customers and Google OAuth verification. It is not legal advice.
The Service
HiveLogix One provides business management software and related websites, including optional modules such as inventory, CRM, events, POS, property, accounting, and email/SMS tools.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for user access within their organization.
- You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes.
Email sending and Google connections
- Some features let you send email through HiveLogix One.
- If you connect a Google / Gmail account, you authorize us to send email using that account for actions you or authorized workspace users perform in the Service.
- You must only connect a Google account you are allowed to use, and the Google email must match your registered HiveLogix user email where the Service requires it.
- You are responsible for the content of messages you send and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws.
- You can disconnect Google access in the Service or in your Google Account settings.
- We may suspend email features if misuse, abuse, or security risk is detected.
- Google services are provided by Google under Google’s own terms; we are not responsible for Google outages or Google policy changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, or sending unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.
Intellectual property
HiveLogix One software, branding, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of business data you upload, subject to the license needed for us to operate the Service for you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed commercial agreement with you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiveLogix Technologies Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
